• 1 chopped onion
• 4 1/2 cup of vegetable or bone broth
• 1-inch of minced ginger root
• 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
• Sea salt and black pepper to taste
• Coconut cream (optional)


Warm up the olive oil/coconut oil and add the carrots, onion, potatoes and apple. Cook them for 10 minutes and add the broth, ginger, lentils, paprika, cumin, chili powder and bring it to a boil. It should simmer for 30 minutes and in the end add the coconut cream.

Broccoli Soup

You will need:

• 2.5 cup of broccoli florets
• 1 cup spinach or kale
• 3 chopped celery stalks
• 2 cup of bone or vegetable broth
• Juice of half a lemon
• 1 chopped onion
• 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
• 2 chopped carrots
• 2 tablespoons of coconut oil


On a medium heat add the olive oil, celery, onion and broccoli florets. Cook them for 5 minutes, and add the broth. Cook a little bit and add the other ingredients and simmer it for 5 minutes. You can leave it until it thickens.

– Half a cucumber
– 1 lemon

– Leave the water to steep overnight. Keep it in the fridge.

Strawberry lemon water

You will need:

– 10 fresh and whole strawberries
– 2 lemon wedges
– One handful of fresh basil


Add the ingredients in a glass jar and mix and stir them using a wooden spoon. Cover the ingredients with the water and mix again. Place the jar in the fried for 3 to 4 hours and leave it steep.

Ginger and mint water

You will need:

– 1 thinly sliced cucumber
– 2 inches of freshly grated ginger root
– 2 lemon wedges
– 10 – 12 fresh mint leaves
– A little bit of Himalayan salt
