5-Minute Booty Boost and Lift to Shape and Tighten Your Glutes

Do you want a gorgeous and firm booty? Add this 5-minute booty workout in your daily exercising routine to tighten and shape your glutes. You don’t need to go to the gym, you don’t need any fancy equipment and it can be done in the comfort of your own bedroom.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Timer
  • Workout mat or a big towel
  • Weights (15-20lb)

Perform each exercise for 60 seconds without breaks in between. Rest 30-60 seconds and then repeat.

Cycle through the exercises.

Beginner – 1 cycle

Intermediate – 3 cycles

Advanced – 5 cycles
